FAN It Out: Collaboratively Exploring your Questions (for Supervisors)
Training description
This training is exclusively for Healthy Families Massachusetts supervisors
Supervisors of home visitors are invited to come together and share their experiences of using FAN in supervision. Is there a staff person on your mind? What matches and mismatches have you experienced recently? Is there a FAN wedge that has felt hard to stay in?
Maybe you’ve had an interaction that leaves you wondering. We invite you to come and share how it was for you and take along resources to support your practice. This is a chance for supervisors to talk
with and support each other in this work. This session is open to staff who have attended the initial FAN
Training. Please discuss this opportunity with your supervisor before registering.
This training is limited to Healthy Families Massachusetts staff. Registration by non-HFM staff is not permitted.
