Meet the dedicated Board of Directors of the Children's Trust, a group of passionate leaders from both the public and private sectors, committed to preventing child abuse and neglect across Massachusetts.
The Children’s Trust is supported by both a public board and a separate 501(c)(3) board. While the two entities work closely together and share an Executive Director, each has its own governance structure. The 501(c)(3) allows us to raise private funds to support work that cannot be funded through state appropriations, with some board members serving across both to maintain alignment.
*For the state seats, the role is filled by the Secretary or Commissioner, or their appointed designee.
