Documentation 2.0
Training description
This training is exclusively for Healthy Families Massachusetts staff.
This advanced training is for staff that feel confident with the basic documentation requirements of PDS but are interested in refining their documentation skills specific to home visit and secondary records. We will explore frequently asked questions like: How many notes are “enough”? What home visit record fields must be completed at each visit? Why is there no field to document FAN or use of Reflective Strategies? The facilitators will provide examples of quality PDS notes and discuss strategies to streamline documentation while balancing a full caseload. The focus of this training will be on home visitor documentation, but the training is open to all program staff. Please discuss this opportunity with your supervisor before registering.
This training is limited to Healthy Families Massachusetts staff. Registration by non-HFM staff is not permitted.
