Process Overview
The Children’s Trust uses a two-tier review process for all proposals submitted for A View from All Sides. In the first tier of the review process, proposals are read and rated by the conference team, which is comprised of family support trainers and experts. Presentations are rated based on criteria that consider conference attendees’ learning levels and areas of interest, the relevance of the content to current work and best practices in the family support and child abuse prevention fields, the lived and learned experiences of the applicants, and the innovativeness of the work described in the proposed presentation. In the second tier of the review process, the Children’s Trust Program Team Leaders review the selected proposals for final approval.
