Stephanie, our Children's Trust Healthy Families program participant, and her daughter, Hazel, recently graduated from the Haverhill Healthy Families program after four years. Stephanie enrolled in Healthy Families early on in her pregnancy and stayed in the program until shortly after her daughter's third birthday.

Upon graduating from Healthy Families, Stephanie shared her words of reflection, happiness, and appreciation, explaining how Healthy Families changed her life.

"I never thought I’d be where I am now, and I know I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for [Healthy Families'] help. I will forever be so, so grateful and thankful for that.

You saw me through some of the toughest years of my life... I’ve continued meeting my goals with [my home visitors'] help. I’m so glad we met 4 years ago. You changed my life, and I’ve tried really hard to break the cycle of 'teen mom' stats... The one thing I can say helped me do that was the help this program gave me!
