On Sunday, August 18, 2024, our Children's Trust Charity Team joined thousands of athletes from around the world to compete in the 52nd Falmouth Road Race.
This is the second year that the Children’s Trust has participated in the Falmouth Road Race Numbers for Nonprofit program, giving members of our community the opportunity to run the iconic 7-mile road race while raising vital funds in support of child abuse prevention.
This year’s team of twelve was made up of Children’s Trust staff, board members, supporters, and other committed members of our community who ran with a singular mission: to ensure every child can grow up in a thriving family.
Together, our team raised nearly $15,000 in support of child abuse prevention!

Over the last two years, our Charity Teams have collectively raised more than $25,000 in support of the Children’s Trust.

Since 2000, the Falmouth Road Race Numbers for Nonprofit program has helped Massachusetts-based charities to raise over $56.5 million and bring increased awareness to their important work.
This year, the program raised $7,678,968 for various organizations, more than $300,000 ahead of the 2023 total and surpassing their $7M goal.
The Children’s Trust wants to extend our gratitude to our team of runners, and to the Falmouth Road Race Numbers for Nonprofit Program for supporting mission-driven organizations across Massachusetts.
