Safe Kids Thrive is a first-of-its-kind website that helps youth-serving organizations of all sizes develop and implement prevention-focused policies and programs that stop sexual abuse before it happens. With free customizable planning tools, online trainings, and learning modules, the site allows organizations to find relevant prevention resources for their specific needs.
Safe Kids Thrive was developed by the Massachusetts Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Advisory Council and is managed by the Children’s Trust.
Members are experts in the field of prevention and provide guidance on community education, policy, research, and partnerships.
The Massachusetts Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Advisory Council is a multi-agency collaboration of nearly 30 public and private youth-serving agencies, offices, and organizations from across the Commonwealth. Their perspectives and areas of expertise combined to create a rich and comprehensive resource for youth-serving organizations of all sizes and missions.
The Council is co-chaired by the Children’s Trust and the Office of the Child Advocate.
